Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and engagement of freelance recruiters.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams and maintain communication with freelancers.
- Assist in process improvements and content creation using AI tools.
- Provide strategic support to boost freelancer productivity.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and digital tools.
- Growth mindset with curiosity and tech-savviness.
- Basic marketing knowledge including customer targeting and campaign basics.
- Immediate joiners preferred, located in Gurgaon only.
